Susanville Elk's Club - Susanville CA Real Haunt

The Susanville Elk's Club is housed inside a historic building that sits atop a hill that overlooks the township. Local legend says that on stormy nights, people driving past have spotted a figure wearing white looking out at the view. Upon investigation, the building is empty.
